Dogs and Cats and Birds, Oh My!

Whether you are a dog lover, a cat connoisseur, or a bird devotee, we’ve got you covered. There is a 50-pound weight limit for dogs, and hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and other small pets must be caged and kept in a sanitary condition. We also have breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits. If you have additional pets or animals not mentioned here, please reach out to our Leasing Office for approval!

A Pampered Pet Is a Happy Pet

We prioritize pet living here at Pointe Pacific and want your fur baby to thrive! To make the purrfect pet-friendly community, we offer pet-washing stations on site for all pet owners. If you can’t take your pet to the groomers or want to cut the expense, simply use our stations outside to get your fluffy friend all nice and clean.

In addition to pet-washing stations, we offer plenty of artificial turf throughout our property to provide your pet with the perfect playground. The amount of exercise your pet needs depends on the type of animal and breed your fur baby is. Consult with your vet to obtain the correct information on your specific pet. As a general rule, if you own a dog, it’s always a good idea to let it play outside at least once per day.

Take a Day Out

Ready for an adventure? Consider taking your pup or furry friend somewhere new! Buckingham Park is a short 10-minute walk from Pointe Pacific and is calling your name! Full of thick trees, grassy fields, and picnic tables, the park is the perfect party place for an energetic and social animal. If you are wanting more of a scenic trail, El Dorado Nature Center is the perfect place. This 105-acre park features lakes, streams, flora and fauna, and walking trails. Don’t miss out!
