Proof of Renters Insurance (Pointe Pacific Apartment Homes must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage.) You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish. Deans and Homer offers water overflow and plumbing backup in addition to Living Expense coverage in the standard policy.

"I absolutely love living here! My boyfriend and I moved in a little over a month ago. Everything has been absolutely great! We have not had any issues, and any small fix has been taken care of immediately. Edwin, Bill, and Rudy are the three men who work in the office and they are always so friendly and helpful. Rudy is the maintenance guy, and he is awesome. He works fast and efficiently and is on top of things! Edwin is always very friendly and quick to help resolve issues! Absolutely no complaints on our end. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND***"

"I highly suggest these luxury apartment homes. I have lived here 4 years so far and I have no interest in leaving. They advertise this community as a family-friendly, dog-friendly home, and they live up to it! I think this place is great due to the cleanliness, great location, wonderful neighbors, and all the luxuries. To top it off, the staff here is outstanding. I am always met with a happy face, great service if something needs a quick repair, and professionalism. There's a park for the kids and every building has its own laundry unit. Living here is easy, and I am very glad that I found my home with them."
